On January 1, 2026, the new electronic invoicing regulation derived from the Anti-Fraud Law (Law 11/2021, of July 9, on measures to prevent and combat tax fraud) will come into force. This regulation will require companies and professionals to issue and submit their invoices to the Spanish Tax Agency through the Verifactu system.
The objective of this mechanism is to ensure the integrity and traceability of the invoicing process, preventing manipulation and reinforcing regulatory compliance.
To facilitate this transition and ensure that our clients meet all legal requirements, LogiCommerce has integrated with Invopop, a tool responsible for generating invoices adapted to the regulation and automatically reporting them to the Verifactu system.
Thanks to this connection, the platform will allow invoices to be sent to the Tax Agency automatically and retrieved in the required PDF format.
This integration is especially relevant for businesses that issue invoices directly from LogiCommerce, as they will be able to manage their tax obligations without additional manual processes and with full compliance guarantees.
At LogiCommerce, we continue working to provide solutions that simplify our clients’ daily operations, especially in a regulatory context that is evolving rapidly. If you would like more information about this integration, we will be happy to assist you.
