What is a bandwidth?
Definition: is the amount of data that is carried from one point to another.
Bandwidth is the information sent from the server to the computer each time a visitor accesses a page on your website. For example, for a single page loaded, there is static content like images, videos, css, PDFs, that is downloaded to the visitor and its file size (in Kb) is counted as a bandwidth consumption.
A large percentage of bandwidth usage comes from images and this also impacts on user experience. Every surplus second a page takes to loads increases the bounce rate while also negatively impacting your search engine rankings, hence keep your images optimized for minimizing load time and better user experiences.
Bandwidth in LogiCommerce is counted directly from the CDN log, which is the most reliable source.
A content delivery network (CDN) is a global distributed system (servers around the world) that deliver content (images, videos, etc.) to a user, based on the geographic locations of the user. The goal is to send same content to many requesting users in high availability and high performance.

What is API Sync?
The API Sync is a library that is accessed through a URL and allows real-time synchronization with your ERP, CRM or another application.
An "API Sync Request" is a call to the LogiCommerce API Sync platform, which resolves structured data content in a standard JSON format for an application data synchronization.
Requests in LogiCommerce are counted directly from our server logs, which is the most reliable source.
We offer three different API Sync maintenance options based on your company requirements: Essential, Enterprise and Enterprise Advanced. API Sync Essential is available to all LogiCommerce customers. You can upgrade your plan at any time. The different plans define the maximum amount of requests per minute and per second by requests level (Bare, Light and Heavy).
LogiCommerce Sync | Maximum requests per minute | | Maximum requests per second | | Included Requests (any) | Monthly price
| Bare | Light | Heavy | | Bare | Light | Heavy | | | | |
Essential | 40 | 12 | 2 | | 3 | 1 | 0,25 | | 35000 | 0 $
Enterprise | 200 | 60 | 10 | | 10 | 3 | 0,5 | | 35000 | 12.90 $
Enterprise Advanced | 600 | 180 | 30 | | 10 | 3 | 0,5 | | 35000 | 34.90 $
Those API Sync Requests have different impacts on the system, therefore, different prices are applied depending on the request level. You only pay for Light and Heavy Requests. Bare requests are included in each plan.
Bare: simple minimum requests. Example: request of an ID.
Light: requests which do not overstress the system. Example: stock synchronization, product update, order update.
Heavy: requests which cause high resource consumption and may be stressful to the system. Example: product addition, order addition.
